Research Background and Interests
I am interested in developing novel tools for multiplexed imaging. I am also working to develop geometric learning tools for the analysis of omics datasets in the Krishnaswamy Lab.
Work in the Bewersdorf Lab
I have been working on developing novel probes and protocols to take advantage of the multiplexing capacity of FLASH-PAINT and expand their application to transcriptome imaging.
Outside the lab
In my free time, I enjoy playing board games and video games, and knitting.
