Education
Ph.D. in Biophysics, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2021)
B.A. in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Jilin University, China (2016)
Research Background and Interests
My research background is in biophysics and cell biology, with a focus on super-resolution imaging and expansion microscopy to study cellular and tissue architecture. My research interests center on applying advanced microscopy and quantitative analysis to investigate subcellular organization in disease-related contexts
Work in the Bewersdorf Lab
In the Bewersdorf Lab, I work on expansion microscopy and super-resolution imaging to study cellular and tissue architecture, particularly in lung tissue. My research integrates optimized labeling, quantitative segmentation, and AI-based analysis to resolve and analyze subcellular structures at nanoscale resolution.
Outside the lab
Outside of work, I enjoy journaling and making planners, and I love collecting beautiful stationery and notebooks. I’m also a big fan of playing different versions of Plants vs. Zombies. In my downtime, my favorite thing is relaxing and sleeping with my two Bengal cats.
